Each day, approximately 6,000 women
in the U.S reach menopause (yes, really)
You’re not alone
The symptoms of menopause affect 3/4 of women around the world, typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55, and as early as a woman’s 30’s.
You’re not crazy
Western medical training does not typically include menopause or women’s hormonal health, leaving women experiencing symptoms of menopause unheard and underserved.

You’ll have a trained medical menopause specialist
by your side every step of the way.
We’ll start low, go slow
After 25 years in practice, I believe in the start low and go slow method with close monitoring. I find it most helpful to follow-up once our treatment plan has been in effect for
6-8 weeks.
You’ll begin to feel better in as little as 3 weeks
If your symptoms are due to your changing ovarian hormone levels, you’ll start to feel better quickly, and remember how you used to feel all the time. We will want to see how your body responds over time and make adjustments on our end to accommodate for that feeling to last.

FAQ’s
How do I know if I’m in perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the hormonal rollercoaster that leads up to menopause—and for many women, it’s the most symptomatic phase. Signs include irregular periods, sleep issues, hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, low libido, and more. If you’re in your 30s or 40s and feeling “off”, it could be your hormones. The best way to find out? Work with someone who actually specializes in this (hint: you’re in the right place).
Can I get this visit covered by insurance?
My clinic is cash-pay only, which means I don’t bill insurance. This allows me to give you longer visits, truly personalized care, and direct access without the constraints of the traditional system. However, you can use your insurance for things like lab work, imaging (like bone density scans), and medications.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
Expect to feel heard. Your first visit is a 60-minute deep dive into your symptoms, medical history, goals, and hormone health. I’ll order any necessary lab work or scans, walk you through treatment options (hormonal and non-hormonal), and we’ll co-create a plan that actually makes sense for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. My care is delivered through a 6-month structured program, and you can pay monthly. There’s an initial consultation fee and then a monthly fee for the next 5 months. No surprise bills, no extra charges for messaging, and no being left to figure it all out alone.
How are in-person tests like bloodwork or bone scans handled?
I’ll order labs and imaging through local clinics near you. If you live in Oregon or Washington, we’ll find a lab or imaging center close to home. Results come directly to me, and we’ll review them together at your follow-up—no chasing down reports or waiting weeks for a call.
What kind of medication can be prescribed for me in this program?
Depending on your symptoms, health history, and preferences, I can prescribe:
- FDA-approved hormone therapies (like patches, gels, pills, and vaginal estrogen)
- Compounded hormones, if clinically appropriate
- Non-hormonal medications for hot flashes, mood, sleep, or bone health
Every treatment plan is tailored to you—no cookie-cutter protocols.
If I’ve had breast cancer, can I still use your services?
Yes, absolutely. I care for many breast cancer survivors who want support with symptom management. While hormone therapy may not be appropriate for everyone, there are non-hormonal treatments that can be highly effective—and I’ll work closely with you (and your oncology team, if needed) to create a safe, supportive plan.
