We’re left out of clinical research,
medical training, and therefore left totally in the dark for half of our lives.
I’m on a mission to change this.
As of 2025, 54 million women in the US are in menopause. And yet, as Harvard Medical School states,
less than 1% of preclinical aging studies consider menopause despite findings that over 75 percent of age-related diseases are influenced by menopause.
A recent survey of women under 40 found that 80% had
little to no knowledge of menopause, with a second survey
finding that 90% of postmenopausal women were never
taught about menopause.
